Our chef has created a spectacular offering in this dish!! Plump prawns are flash fried in a delicate tempura batter, then combined with seasonal fresh fruit. The combo is further enhanced with a light, creamy dressing, and the dish is topped off with our homemade caramelized walnuts.

“Taste of Jazzbones” Crab Rangoons (crab meat, cream cheese and green onions wrapped in a wonton and deep fried, served with Thai chili sauce), Coconut Prawns (Prawns butterflied and dipped in beer batter, coconut and Japanese bread crumbs) and California roll in one plate.
